Pricing
We have two pricing models. The first is for the situation were forms are completed on a regular basis by employees, who may or may not be Salesforce users. The second is for other situations of more ad-hoc use where we will propose a price based on a mutually agreed usage metric.
Employee based pricing (1)
(Form Completers are employees or equivalent and regular users)
First 50 form completers: $40 per user per month
Additional form completers: $25 per user per month
Salesforce connector: $200 per month
With Employee Based Pricing, the are no restrictions on the number of forms a user may complete or storage of completed forms, and Forms Administrators are free
External User Based Pricing
(Form Completers are public, partners or other occassional users)
To set up Forms OnTheMove for your organization, contact sales
(1) Subject to OnTheMove's standard contractual term and conditions which are available from sales. Minimum commitment is $800 (USD) per month for 12 months.
